2025 CAMP LUTHER WEEKEND!

Join us for this FREE weekend filled with Christ-centered and family-fun activities!

Dates: May 30 - June 1, 2025

Cost: Free!

Families, friends of camp, and kids of all ages are invited to enjoy camp during our annual Camp Luther Weekend. Enjoy archery, canoeing, swimming, hiking, disc golf, bounce houses, and other carnival activities. Bingo, S'mores, music, giant wagon rides, and more!

Join us for the day, or contact us to make arrangements to stay overnight in our campground, one of our cabins, or in a treehouse!

On Friday there will be a 5K Color Fun Run - have fun running, jogging, or walking in the beauty of God’s Creation here at Camp Luther and have fun getting blasted with different colors! For details, visit https://givebutter.com/5kcolorfunrun

Join us for an outdoor worship service on Sunday morning, followed by our annual luncheon (free-will donation) and afternoon activities for all ages.

CAMP LUTHER WEEKEND SCHEDULE

Friday, May 30

9:00 am - 10:00 am: Welcome!

  • Check in for 5k Color Fun Run.

  • Staff will be nearby with games for campers and for 5K participants

10:00 am - 10:15 am:

  • Final Call for 5k Color Fun Run Registration

  • Staff-led warm up session to prepare for the 5K.

10:15 am - 11:30 am: 5k Color Fun Run

  • Run, Jog, Walk; whatever you do, do it to the glory of God and have fun!

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: LUNCH (Provided by our Sponsors)

1:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Open activities

  • Archery, swimming, canoeing and kayaking, hiking, sports courts, Gaga ball, Snack Shack

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Food Break

  • No supper provided.

  • Bring a picnic supper, or feel free to use one of our fire pits for your own cookout meal!

  • You can also take a quick trip to one of the restaurants in town

7:00 pm - 8:30 pm: Night Game

  • Game(s) led by Camp Luther summer staff.

8:30 pm - 9:30 pm: Campfire

  • Devotions and music at Calvary campfire site

9:30 pm - 10:00 pm: Staff-led Night Hike

10:00 pm: Quiet Hours begin

Saturday, May 31

Sunday, June 1

10:00 am - 11:00 am: Outdoor worship

  • Deer Run campfire site

  • Commissioning of our 2025 Summer Staff

11:30 am - 2:00 pm: Annual Luncheon

  • Free-will donation

  • Photo booth and Camp Store

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Ongoing Activities:

  • Archery at the Archery Range

  • Waterfront: Swimming, canoeing, kayaking, water slide, and fishing

  • Snack Shack open - ice cream, popcorn, and more!

  • Fun Activities

  • Giant Red Wagon rides - a ride every hour on the hour, starting at noon - hop on at Gerwick Lodge!

4:00 pm: Pack up, clean up, and depart in Peace. Thanks for joining us!
