When is this available?
This opportunity is only available from now until December 15. Packages will be sent within three days of camp receiving payment.
How does this work?
Call or email Tamara, the ministry assistant, at the Camp Luther office. She will collect information from you, such as your name and contact information and the contact information of the gift recipient. After camp receives payment, a certificate and discount code unique to you will be created. Camp staff will send a package to the person of your choice.
What are the costs and how do I pay?
Cost for campers entering grades 1-4 (Explorer camp, two nights) is $270. Cost for campers entering grades 4-9 (Adventure/Discovery camp, five nights) is $390. You can either pay by credit card over the phone or you can send a check to camp.
What will my camper receive?
Camp staff will send a certificate, gift, and instructions to register. The gift will be one of your choice: a Camp Luther water bottle or stuffed animal wearing a Camp Luther shirt.
What happens once my camper receives the gift?
Campers’ parents need to register for camp between January 4 and February 26. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so it is better for them to get registered as soon as possible! If campers have not registered for camp before, they will need to have a new account created and register and fill out all forms online. There will be a space for a discount code to be entered. This is where parents will put in the code from the certificate.
The Fine Print
December 15 is the last day to purchase camp for your camper in this way.
This gift is non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
This gift cannot be combined with other discounts.
This purchase will cover classic camp for Explorer, Discovery, and Adventure sessions.
If recipient wants to attend a more expensive camp, parents/guardians may use the same code and pay the difference between classic camp and specialty camps.
This cost is fixed and cannot be split, lowered, or applied to different camps.
Please communicate with the parents/guardians of the camper before giving the gift; if they do not register between January 4 and February 26, the purchase may not be refunded.
Purchasing the gift of camp does not guarantee first choice of camp session; registration will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis.
